Service Agreement*
WhiteFire Printing & Design
Online Store

By submitting a work to WhiteFire's Online Store and subsidiary sites owned by WFP
(ie. www.whitefirephotos.com), you agree and attest that you have all rights to copy and
distribute the works and that you transfer the right of selling and distributing said work
on your behalf to WhiteFire Printing and the Online Store.
WhiteFire agrees to do the following:
- List the work for sale in the Online Store
website(www.whitefireprinting.com/onlinestore)
- Create a method of collecting payment on behalf of the customer
- Pay the customer royalties based on the price the customer sets (for regular store sales
- does not include photo gallery sales) less the regular price for production quoted to
the customer
- Pay the customer royalties of 10% on sales of photos
- Reserves the right to set the price for photos sold from the gallery
- Reserves the right to reject any work for any reason at any time
- Reserves the right to promote, advertise, and market items for sale in the store in any
way it deems appropriate
- Will issue royalty checks if amounts exceed $25 with royalties accruing until that
amount is reached
- Issue a 1099 form as required by the IRS for royalties exceeding $699 in one year.
The Customer agrees to do the following:
- Guarantees that he/she has all legal rights to the work being sold and transfers that
right to WhiteFire Printing & Design, Inc.
- Agrees that the work for sale is under his/her own ownership and not that of WhiteFire
Printing
- Will provide a SSN as required by the IRS for the purposes of issuing a 1099
- Reserves the right to withdraw their work from the store at any time provided notice is
sent by writing to WhiteFire
- Agrees that the work they submit does not in any way violate any Federal, State or any
kind of local statute and further holds WhiteFire Printing & Design blameless for
damages resulting from any litigation resulting form the work
- Agrees that he/she has the full power to enter into this agreement
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. All transactions
will be made in the form of US dollars. This agreement supersedes all other
agreements made either oral or written with regards to the work in question and cannot be
changed without written content of both parties.
Also, please keep in mind the following:
By submitting a file to WhiteFire's Online Store, you agree and
attest that you have all rights to copy and distribute the photograph(s) and that you
transfer the right of selling and distributing said photograph(s) on your behalf to
WhiteFire Printing and the Online Store. You further attest that you have obtained
all proper permissions from subjects who may appear in it(them). All rights to the
photograph(s) are retained by the photographer and the photographer has the right to
remove his or her listing from the Online Store at any time. WhiteFire retains
the right also to remove any listings at any time for any reason
