Terms of Service for sales at the WhiteFire Online Store

General Terms of Service for all Online Store users

  • Purchases through this store are handled by PayPal.  For information about them and their services visit their website.   To purchase by another method (cash, check, money order or purchase order) please call us at 866 245 2211.

  • Please allow up to 5 day for orders to ship. Customers will be contacted by email when their order is received and when it ships. Standard shipping is USPS media mail.

  • Product returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated with the item. 

  • All items printed by WhiteFire are governed by the printing Terms of Service.  If you have questions please review them.

  • These rules are subject to change.  Customers with items for sale should check back regularly.  Customers will be informed of changes via email.

 

Terms of Service for Sellers

  • Selling items at the WhiteFire Online Store is limited to WhiteFire customers.

  • WhiteFire Customers may sell directly from this site only items produced by WhiteFire Printing. 

  • WhiteFire customers, however, may link to other items they have for sale not produced by WhiteFire Printing.

  • WhiteFire will handle shipping and handling of the Customers products.

  • Customers wishing to sell on the Online Store will be provided a contract detailing the production, distribution, and payments of the customers products.

  • WhiteFire will take no fees, other than shipping and handling, above the regular printing fees paid by the customer.

  • Anyone wishing to have royalties paid to them by WhiteFire must fill out, sign, and mail a copy of our service agreement (click here to view the agreement) to us at:

  • Customers must fill out one service agreement per work for sale.

  • If you do not want to set a price above that of the printing cost quoted for your job you need only let us know that you would like the work for sale.   If you would like to received regular statements of sales please indicate
